Agento is a multi-tenant AI platform that gives companies an intelligent assistant trained on their own documents. Employees can chat, call, query structured data, and run analytics, all through a single dashboard. Companies can also share a public link so external users access the assistant without any account. Key Features: 1) Unified AI Chat & Voice: Seamlessly toggle between text and real-time voice calls (powered by Web Speech API) within a single session and RAG pipeline. 2) Smart Document Ingestion: Multi-format file upload (PDF, TXT, CSV, MD, JSON) with automatic chunking and MongoDB vector embedding for semantic search. 3) Query Genius & Visualizations: Talk to structured data in plain English to CRUD records, or generate charts (Bar, Line, Pie, etc.) manually and via AI. 4) Advanced Multi-Mode Analytics: Generates automated MongoDB aggregation pipelines and interactive charts across Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, and Prescriptive modes. 5) Shareable Public Iframes: Admins can generate secure, trackable guest links to embed the chat/voice assistant on external websites with zero user setup. 6) Admin Controls & Rate Limiting: Built-in usage tracking, feature toggles, and localized tier restrictions with seamless admin bypass.
